A 5x National Coach and Staff of the Year honoree during his time at Cornell, Penn State, and Elmira College—where he captured a National Championship—Dean also brings experience coaching in the PWHL with the Ottawa Charge. With nearly 20 years dedicated to player development, mentorship, and guidance, he has helped prepare young women for success both on and off the ice, while equipping them with the tools to meet the demands as a student-athlete. Since 2023, his coaching and expertise have assisted 30 players in earning commitments to NCAA Division I programs..

Marlène Boissonnault
CONSULTANT
Marlène Boissonnault is a PWHL goaltender with the Minnesota Frost, where she won the 2025 Walter Cup after spending the league’s inaugural season with the Montreal Victoire. Before the PWHL, she played four seasons with the PWHPA, winning the league title each year.
She has represented New Brunswick, Team Atlantic, and Hockey Canada at the U18 and U22 levels. At Cornell University, she set program records, earned Ivy League titles, and made a Frozen Four appearance while graduating Dean’s List in Pre-Med.
Marlène is a goaltending consultant and coach, based in Calgary and working across North America with goalies from minor hockey to the professional ranks.

A current professional hockey player and former Division I student-athlete at Canisius College in Buffalo, NY, Nick combines extensive playing experience with strong operational expertise. In his role as Director of Operations, he oversees the day-to-day operations, logistics, and video analysis, ensuring smooth execution across all areas.
